Withdrawal from Studies

To be considered 'officially withdrawn' for the purpose of determining refund of fees, you should discuss the dropping of a course or program with our training department via email training@bredin.ab.ca or phone (780) 425–3730.  There are two important deadlines to consider when withdrawing:

·         Fee/Tuition refund deadline

·         Course withdrawal deadline

Leave of Absence

You may request a leave of absence for personal, family, medical or employment reasons.  If you require a leave, you are encouraged to withdraw from the course or workshop and re-apply when you can attend on a regular basis.

Marks

Some certification courses require you to complete an examination with a minimum mark required to pass.  If you do not successfully achieve a minimum mark, in some circumstances re-testing may be allowed wherein you must demonstrate adequate knowledge of the material to the Instructor.
